Scheduling & Cancellation Policy


We schedule one patient per appointment slot, so your reserved time is exclusively for you. We ask you to arrive for your appointment on time, and in return we strive to be on schedule so you won't be kept waiting.

Please call us
48 hours in advance to reschedule if you absolutely cannot come to your appointment. Missed appointments without prior notification, or repeated cancellations, will incur cancellation fees.


Financial Policy

We accept most major dental PPO insurances: Metlife, Delta Dental, Aetna, Cigna, Empire BC/BS, Guardian, United Healthcare, and United Concordia. If your plan is not listed here, please call our office and provide your insurance details. We look forward to hearing from you.

For your information, we do
not accept the following: Medicaid, HMO plans, Union plans, or 1199.

We will file claims to the insurance company and accept payment directly from them. Most dental insurance plans do not cover 100% of the cost of your treatment and most have an annual maximum. Because of this, if you have a co-pay/portion of charges, we will inform you in advance and you will be asked to pay the amount on the day services are rendered.

Non-insured patients are asked to pay in full with cash or credit card the day services are rendered. For large, extensive cases, we can assist you in applying for financing based on credit approval.
